4 PIECES TORTILLA

INGREDIENTS (MAKES TWO WRAPS)

Sweet Side (One Pancake/Wrap)

◙  one scoop of oat flour
◙  one scoop of almond milk
◙  one egg (substitute for banana/apple sauce/chia seeds for vegan version)
◙  1/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder

Toppings
◙  tablespoon of peanutbutter
◙  half a banana
◙  piece of 70%/85% chocolate
◙  maple syrup or marshmellows

Savoury Side (One Wrap)

◙  one vegetable/gluten-free or wholewheat wrap

Toppings
◙  avocado
◙  mozzarella & basil
◙  mayonaise & red onion
◙  (vegan)bacon

Now it is time to cook!
Preheat your pan and make sure it's really hot before baking.

Sweet Side

Take a bowl. Mix all the ingredients for the sweet side pancake. It may start out a little lumpy, but keep on mixing and you'll be fine. Bake the pancake. When golden brown, take out of the pan and divide into 4 pieces. Add the ingredients all on one of the four sides. Fold one side on top of the other, sort of like you would do with a board game. (see video for more explanation) And done. :)

Savoury Side

Take the wrap and divide it into 4 pieces. Add the ingredients (or any ingredients of your own choice) each onto one of the four sides. Fold one side on top of the other like you would do in a board game. (see video for more explanation) Put the folded wrap into the toaster and get it to being golden brown. Easy Peasy! :)
