SULFUR

What is sulfur?

Sulfur is a mineral needed for strong nails, a naturally glowing skin and a healthy hair. Besides that, it helps in the well functioning of the hormone insulin, which is responsible for our blood sugar level.

A deficit of this mineral can cause different symptoms. From a dry skin, to the chronic fatigue syndrome. Loss of hair and brittle nails can also be linked to a shortage of this mineral in your system.

There is no recommended amount known for sulfur, but we do know that our bodies needs a lot, just like with calcium and magnesium.

Where do I get sulfur from?
